Katleho Sinivasan is a South African musician, television host and actor. He started his career
in entertainment in 2005 at the National School of Arts where studied classical music and
dramatic arts.
Katleho’s first television break was in 2006 on the SABC2 reality show Famous, a talent
search that followed six young hopeful musicians on their journey as a South African pop
group recording their album, touring and learning the ropes of the music industry. The
group’s debut album(self-titled) ATOM was nominated in the best pop category at the South
African Music Awards(SAMAs) in 2007. In that same year Kat joined SABC1’s popular
children’s programme YOTV as a presenter where he stayed for five years.
In 2012 Katleho broke away from kids television when he was cast as one of the hosts of
PLAY YOUR PART, a Brand South Africa campaign showcasing ordinary South Africans
doing extraordinary things. The show had Kat engaging with array of guests from community
builders, young entrepreneurs to populat South African business leaders. In 2013 Katleho
joined the SABC1 magazine show MZANSI INSIDER, an upbeat youth show that goes out
LIVE every weekend - serving breakfast show realness. Kat Sinivasan is also an incredible
MC, he has hosted SABC 1’s live New Years eve property - Come Duze in 2014 and 2015.
Katleho also acts, he has featured in the sitcom MY PERFECT FAMILY and the drama series
MUTUAL FRIENDS. When he’s not presenting shows, acting or trailblazing lists of South
Africa’s best dressed men (2015), Kat lends his skills to the corporate world as an endearing
and gifted live events MC. In 2017 Kat beat everyone to the finish line and won the E! online Entertainment talent search for South Africa's first Host. Look out for Kat as the fashion and co host on South Africa's first and second season of  "How do I look"
